World-class, quality property


  • Valle de Uco Golf, Wine & Country has the highest international standards when it comes to quality of construction and design. There will be around 400 low-rise luxury villas in the development, sensitively placed to make the most of Mendoza's 330 days of annual sunshine, the stunning views of the Andes mountain range and the development's vineyards, championship golf course, lakes, and a nature reserve.

    There are four main types of villa to choose from:

    • Vineyard House

      These contemporary luxury villas were featured in the October issue of Wallpaper* magazine. The linear layout of these sleek, contemporary structures mimics the surrounding vineyards and the stunning Andes mountain range beyond.
    • Lake House

      Similar in design to the Vineyard House but with a different finish, this sleek house sits on the banks of one of the development's lakes where the epic Andes are reflected in its waters. The region of Mendoza is mainly desert so a location like this is unheard of in the area.
    • Small Orchard House

      This simple but stylish house mixes local building styles with the elegant modernism of Mies van der Rohe. The cantilevered top floor faces Mendoza's iconic mountain range and provides a shady terrace for the floor below. The perimeter wall is integrated into the surrounding, landscaped orchards which produce lavender and local fruit.
    • Large Orchard House

      This more spacious version of the smaller orchard house has 2 separate apartments and is situated in a courtyard with a central pool.


    These luxury villas will vary from 200m2 to 800m2 on plots ranging from 2,000m2 to 21,000m2 to ensure privacy and make the most of the stunning views of the Andes mountains. Properties will be built near to a number of different experiential zones and there is also the option of splitting one house into two sections or adding a guest house.

    All luxury villas will be fully managed with one point of contact and serviced by the development's luxury hotel and boutique hotel, ensuring safety and peace of mind. They will also be marketed for rental or as accommodation to hotel guests on a nightly basis.

    If a buyer wishes to appoint his own architect then the developer is willing to consider this on the condition that the architect works with the project's own architect to ensure the designs conform to the Valle de Uco, Golf, Wine & Country's high standards of quality and design. The developer will also control the build.
