  • Just as the experiential zones in Valle de Uco, Golf, Wine & Country offer different ways to enjoy Mendoza's breathtaking landscape, the resort's selection of restaurants will offer various cuisines to cater to different tastes. Bars will suit every mood and palette and wine lists will be created by the project's team of sommeliers who will select the best vintages from the wineries of Mendoza. An internationally-renowned chef will oversee the restaurants at the luxury hotel, boutique hotel, golf clubhouse, winery and observatory.

    Upcoming regional chefs from across Argentina will then be invited to build their reputations by running their own restaurants on the site. Wherever possible, dishes will be made using fresh, organic ingredients grown in the site's orchards or sourced locally.

  • The province of Mendoza has a desert-like landscape, but Valle de Uco Golf, Wine & Country is lush and fertile thanks to its own natural spring. With a unique source of glacial spring water, the resort will have an abundance of fresh, organic produce. Like many of Mendoza's fincas, almonds, apples, peaches, tomatoes, garlic and herbs will be grown on site in elegant, walled gardens that surround the private orchard houses to the North of the boutique hotel.
